Hitesh wa working with HCL Infosystems Ltd as Regional Head for North India and also he was working as Key Account Manager for their DMS Division. With in short span of time Hitesh become good achiever of his division and leading his profile best way in organization. Previously He was working for ITC Ltd. as Sales Executive for their Personal Care division. With in short span of time post his master graduation he has delicately delivered a lot, which turned out into value, and he got many reorganization and awards to boost up his graph in ITC Ltd. He always emphasis on having personal touch and care with each customer of his channel as success mantra. He strongly believes “Customer’s loyalty towards us is only successes ladder”. So far he has managed convinces focus products and personal care product for ITC in all corners State of Gujarat.
Hitesh is supporting international Lohanas community as president globally and also Hitesh is founder of Pragati Vikash Trust and PVT is working for woman education and empowerment globally. Hitesh is Local Representative of Challenge Future organisation (Slovenia- Europe) , CF Exclusively works for Youth of world and motivate them to become world changer.
His family value always inspired him to give and share with society. Presently he is sharing his experience and knowledge by way of taking voluntary lecture for all BBA and MBA students of North Gujarat University. According too him his family value says that “Society is your first family all the good things and one should give it to society is only really Karma of life”. He is also support his wife “Nayna Hitesh Thakkar” to manage 360 degree Human resources consultant firm named as “G Marketing”. This initiated help her to grown her career and managed their mutual help towards society.
A guy who is having rich experience in area sales and marketing in leasing FMCG industry, Hitesh Thakkar always quote that success in sales is a journey-not a destination. He joined ITC in 2007 and joined the most difficult task of rural marketing and sales of cigarette division and he made himself difficult by achievement of all targets at par, his self confidence and self belief made him superstar in short period and he always said that we are all made over time. For some of us selling is a discovery or a realization early in life. For others of us selling occurs as a second profession later in our journey. Due his talent and ability to deliver the targets he forced to moved other challenging division like confection and later to soaps and shampoo, here he again proved him magician superstar, he was awarded in annual sales meet for his outstanding performance and he quoted to national sales team that We come in all shapes, sizes, colors, and dispositions; no two salespeople are alike. Each one of us is unique in our own way with one common goal in mind: successful selling. Hitesh is truly ‘Rocket Singh’ forever and he is real hero of sales marketing. He has not sale the products he has accommodated and promoted the products as distributors life line and that is how he means sales.
